2Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.

We should always be mindful of our Christian like matters. No matter if we are eating or exercising, we should always be busy our minds for the Lord. We need to do this in practice until it's perfected in our daily lives. Today I have 1 of 2 challenges for you. Doing both would be awesome. First practice, if you are so busy that you can't stop to think about God doing your stuff then STOP, take a 5-20 minute timeout with just you and God, and get reconnected. Pray, read, study..Sometimes it's just stopping to say Jesus, Jesus, Jesus...Thank you God, Thank you God, Thank you God...Or if you can't stop..then do the second challenge. While you are folding your laundry, doing dishes, jogging, whatever it is, put your mind on God not what you are doing. I personally while I'm working at my job and imagining I'm preaching. Then write your experince here, Are you closer to God, trusting him more because you are putting your mind on him?
